Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе провело разбирательство по сообщению патруля СММ ОБСЕ о стрельбе рядом с ними в Ясиноватой.

«Украинская сторона традиционно поспешила распространить свою неизменную версию – обстрел со стороны ВС ДНР.

Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе реализовало другой подход: максимально возможный сбор информации и проведение тщательного разбирательства по факту данного инцидента.

В результате опроса очевидцев, в числе которых были и дежурные наблюдательной группы СЦКК «Ясиноватая», анализа позиций сторон и примененного вооружения выяснилось, что стрельба велась из лесопосадки, расположенной западнее Ясиноватской железнодорожной развилки, а также с направления промышленной зоны н.п. Авдеевка, находящихся под контролем ВСУ, с расстояния от 2000 до 2500 м.

Вооруженные силы противника применили:

— БМП-2 калибра 30 мм, предельная дальность поражения – 4000 м;
— НСВ «Утес» калибра 12,7 мм, предельная дальность поражения – 6000 м;
— ПКМ калибра 7,62 мм, предельная дальность поражения – 3800 м.

Попадания пришлись в район АЗС, расположенной на южной окраине пос. Каштановое.

The Representative Office of the DPR to the JCCC and negotiation process implemented a different approach: the greatest possible collection of information and the conduct of a thorough investigation into the fact of the incident.

As a result of the interrogation amongst eyewitnesses, including observers of the Yasinovataya observation group of the JCCC, an analysis of positions of the sides and weapons used, it was found out that the shooting attack was delivered from a forest plantation located west of the Yasinovataya railway junction and from the direction of the industrial zone of Avdeyevka, which is controlled by the AFU, from a distance of 2000 to 2500 meters.

The enemy armed forces used:

— 30 mm BMP-2, the maximum range of engagement is 4000 m;

— 12.7 mm NSV Utes, the maximum range of engagement is 6,000 m;

— 7.62 mm PK machine gun, the maximum range of engagement is 3,800 m.

Hits fell on the vicinity of the gas filling station located on the southern outskirts of the village of Kashtanovoye.

The operational report of the OSCE SMM published on February 3rd confirms the results of the investigation carried out by the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC,” the JCCC report says.
