Подразделения ВСУ продолжают занимать населенные пункты и территории, расположенные в пределах так называемой «серой зоны». Данный факт отметила Специальная мониторинговая миссия ОБСЕ, которая констатировала сокращение дистанции между позициями сторон конфликта. Об этом заявил сегодня, 7 февраля, Председатель Народного Совета ДНР, постоянный полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске Денис Пушилин.

«Действия украинских силовиков являются грубым нарушением Минских соглашений о соблюдении режима прекращения огня, запрещающих сторонам любое продвижение вперед.

Особую обеспокоенность вызывает тот факт, что вторжения в буферную зону осуществляются Украиной целенаправленно, спланировано и демонстративно. Напомню, украинскими силовиками были заняты Широкино, Виноградное, Павлополь, Пищевик, Гнутово, Травневое, Гладосово, Новолуганское и Авдеевская промзона», — сообщил Денис Пушилин.

В своем заявлении он также отметил, что в Минске активно обсуждается вопрос разведения сил и средств, целью которого является увеличение расстояния между позициями сторон конфликта.

«На одном из участков разведения сил и средств – в Станице Луганской, по вине украинской стороны на протяжении практически полутора лет отсутствует какой-либо прогресс.

ДНР выполняет свои обязательства. Соответствующие приказы подразделениям были отданы и опубликованы, продвижение вперед не осуществляется, разбирательства по фактам нарушений регулярно проводятся.

Действия же Украины прямо противоречат содержанию Минских соглашений и ведут к дальнейшей эскалации конфликта. Так, в результате занятия украинскими силовиками позиций вблизи Донецкой фильтровальной станции на линии соприкосновения образовалась новая горячая точка. Своими действиями Украина целенаправленно осложняет и без того непростой переговорный процесс, и способствует увеличению числа нарушений», — подчеркнул Пушилин.

“The actions of Ukrainian military forces are a gross violation of the Minsk Agreements regarding the observance of the ceasefire, which prohibit the sides from any advancements.

The fact that invasions into the buffer zone are carried out by Ukraine in a purposeful, planned and demonstrative manner causes particular concern. Recall that Ukrainian military forces occupied Shirokino, Vinogradnoye, Pavlopol, Pishchevik, Gnutovo, Travnevoye, Gladosovo, Novoluganskoye and Avdeyevka industrial zone,” Denis Pushilin told.

In his statement he also noted that the issue of the withdrawal of forces and weapons was actively discussed in Minsk, whose goal is to increase the distance between positions of the parties to the conflict.

“At one of the sites for withdrawal of forces and weapons, in Luganskaya Stanitsa, for almost a year and a half there has not been any progress due to the fault of the Ukrainian side.

The DPR fulfills its obligations. The appropriate orders were given to units and published, advancements are not carried out, the violations are regularly investigated.

The actions of Ukraine directly contradict the content of the Minsk Agreements and lead to further escalation of the conflict. Thus, because of the occupation by Ukrainian military forces of positions near the Donetsk filter station, a new hotspot has appeared at the contact line. Through their actions, Ukraine purposefully complicates the negotiating process, which has already been complicated, contributing to the growing number of violations,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
