12 февраля 2015 года в Минске лидеры России, Франции, Германии и Украины — Владимир Путин, Франсуа Олланд, Ангела Меркель и Петр Порошенко — в ходе 17-часовых переговоров согласовали два документа по урегулированию конфликта в Донбассе: декларацию по выполнению Минских соглашений и Комплекс мер. 12 февраля 2018 года – 3 года Минским договоренностям. С первых дней конфликта Иван Приходько возглавлял прифронтовые районы ДНР, в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР и.о. главы администрации Горловки рассказал о трех годах войны в Донбассе и невыполнении Украиной договоренностей.

«Безусловно, после подписания Минских договоренностей в Республике стало немного тише… Однако невозможно сравнить 2015-2016 и 2018 годы по количеству обстрелов. Все идет очень волнообразно. Часто обстрелы со стороны Украины зависят от политической ситуации в Киеве. Если нужно отвлечь украинский народ от определенных недовольств – начинается обострение и огонь усиливается. Можно констатировать, что стало меньше стрельбы именно из тяжелой ствольной артиллерии, однако обстрелы нашей территории не прекращаются. Бои по всей линии фронта происходят практически каждый день с применением стрелкового оружия и подствольной артиллерии.

С уверенностью могу сказать, что благодаря Минским соглашениям мы сохранили тысячи жизней мирных жителей. За три года наши люди привыкли ко многому, в случае эскалации конфликта наши граждане встанут в строй и будут воевать, но я полностью уверен, что для людей сейчас важнее мир и стабильность», — отметил Иван Приходько.

В ходе беседы он выразил мнение, что на сегодня альтернативы Минским договоренностям нет. Благодаря Минску удалось развить экономику Республики, возобновить строительство, но самое главное — сократить количество обстрелов со стороны ВСУ из тяжелой артиллерии. Иван Приходько также подчеркнул, что есть два главных аспекта, почему Киев до сих пор не выполнил все пункты Минских соглашений: «Первый аспект политический — Порошенко не может справиться с радикальными настроениями на Украине и пойти против них. Второй аспект финансовый — война выгодна киевскому режиму. Те потоки, которые вливаются в Украину и идут якобы на войну, безбожно разворовываются руководством страны. Верхушка наполняет свои оффшорные счета, поэтому, пока происходит финансирование со стороны США и Европы, Украина не прекратит воевать», — отметил Иван Приходько.

February 12th, 2018 is 3-year anniversary of the Minsk Agreements. Since the first days of the conflict, Ivan Prikhodko has been leading the frontline areas of the DPR. The head of the Gorlovka administration in an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website told about the three years of the war in Donbass and Ukraine’s failure to comply with the agreements.

“Undoubtedly, after the signing of the Minsk Agreements, it became a bit quieter in the Republic… However, it is impossible to compare 2015-2016 and 2018 by the number of attacks. Everything goes very wavy. Often attacks of Ukraine stem from the political situation in Kiev. If they need to distract the Ukrainian nation from certain disgruntlements, an escalation begins and the fire intensifies. It can be stated that there have been fewer attacks exactly with heavy cannon artillery, but the shelling of our territory does not stop. Battles along the entire front line occur almost every day with the use of small arms and cannon artillery.

I confidently can say that thanks to the Minsk Agreements we have saved thousands of civilians’ lives. For three years our people got used to many things, in case of escalation of the conflict, our citizens will come into service and will fight, but I am fully confident that peace and stability are more important for people now,” Ivan Prikhodko noted.

During the conversation, he expressed the opinion that for today there are no alternatives to the Minsk Agreements. Thanks to Minsk, it was possible to develop the economy of the Republic, to resume construction, but most importantly to reduce the number of attacks with heavy artillery from the side of the AFU. Ivan Prikhodko also stressed that there were two main aspects why Kiev had not yet fulfilled all the items of the Minsk Agreements, “The first aspect is political: Poroshenko cannot deal with the radical sentiments in Ukraine or fight them. The second aspect is financial: the war is beneficial to the Kiev regime. The country’s leadership shamelessly plunders those tranches that flow into Ukraine and supposedly go to the war. The top officials fill up their offshore accounts, so while the funding from the United States and Europe goes on, Ukraine will not stop fighting,” Ivan Prikhodko noted.
