Сегодня, 2 марта, Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко сделал заявление о том, что с сегодняшнего дня будет создана комиссия по разработке социальной программы поддержки военнослужащих и семей погибших военнослужащих, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Прекрасно понимаю ситуацию, которая сейчас складывается у нас по социальной защите военнослужащих, комиссованных из армии ДНР, и членов семей погибших военных. Работа в этом направлении ведется, но она явно недостаточна. Социальная поддержка, которая сейчас им оказывается, не обеспечивает полную социальную защиту. С сегодняшнего дня в Донецкой Народной Республике начинается работа по созданию программы социальной поддержки комиссованных военнослужащих и семей погибших военнослужащих.

Мной подписано Распоряжение о разработке в течение месяца этой программы. Она будет охватывать сферу здравоохранения, образования и социальной защиты наших бойцов.

Кроме того, я как Председатель общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» поручаю Центральному исполкому движения создать специальный фонд для реализации программы помощи военнослужащим. Для организации работы фонда будут привлечены члены семей погибших военнослужащих. Пусть каждый наш боец знает, что ни он, ни его семья не будут забыты. Мы помним о каждом военнослужащем Республики. Программа социальной защиты будет работать на постоянной основе», — сказал Александр Захарченко.

Также он отметил, что программа будет включать в себя: организацию льготных аптек для военнослужащих, более плотную работу по трудоустройству комиссованных военнослужащих, бесплатное обучение для их детей и т.д. В ближайшие дни будут определены адреса, куда военнослужащие смогут обращаться за помощью.

«У нас уже есть ряд программ помощи комиссованным военнослужащим. Сейчас эта помощь будет оказываться более структурно, не только в сфере здравоохранения, но и в социальном направлении. Наша основная задача – это оказать всеобъемлющую помощь нашим военнослужащим. Они должны быть уверены в том, что наша страна помнит своих героев», — подчеркнул Глава Республики.

Starting today the Donetsk People’s Republic will begin the work on establishing a program of social support for military personnel invalided out of the army and families of dead servicemen.

I signed the Decree to develop this program within a month. It will cover the health, education and social protection of our soldiers.

In addition, as the Chairman of the Donetsk Republic public movement I instruct the Central Executive Committee of the movement to create a special fund for the implementation of the support program for servicemen. To organize the work of the fund, members of families of dead servicemen will be engaged. Let each of our soldiers know that neither he nor his family will be forgotten. We remember each serviceman of the Republic. The social protection program will work on an ongoing basis,” Alexander Zakharchenko said.

He also noted that the program would include the organization of preferential pharmacies for military personnel, more dense work on employing the military, free education for their children, etc. In the coming days, addresses where servicemen can apply for help will be specified.

“We already have a number of supports programs for the military l. Now this aid will be rendered more structurally, not only in the healthcare sphere, but also in the social direction. Our main task is to provide comprehensive support to our servicemen. They must be sure that our country remembers its heroes,” the Head of the Republic stressed.
