В Донецке прошел «Прямой разговор» Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко с жителями Республики. В ходе мероприятия, приуроченного ко второй годовщине инаугурации Главы Республики, прозвучал вопрос о дате проведения местных выборов, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Как известно, на встречах в Минске постоянно обсуждается вопрос и выдвигаются к нам требования об обеспечении безопасности на выборах, а также обвинения в том, что мы не в состоянии провести их самостоятельно.

Для чего нужны были праймериз? Во-первых, мы обкатали технологию, проверили свои силы. Мы были удивлены явкой избирателей. То есть, мы показали, что в состоянии обеспечить безопасность и самостоятельно, без привлечения сторонних сил, провести выборы. Весь мир это увидел.

Во-вторых, мы хотели посмотреть, кого люди хотят видеть в местных советах. Мы дали народу такую возможность. Те кандидаты, которые победили, пользуются большим уважением. Они будут рассматриваться как кандидаты на предстоящих местных выборах», — заявил Александр Захарченко.

Также он сказал, что перенос даты проведения местных выборов связан с нежеланием Киева выполнять Минские договоренности.

«Киев не принял ряд законопроектов, после которых можно проводить выборы, поэтому мы их перенесли. Думаю, в 2017 году мы проведем местные выборы либо согласно Минским договоренностям, либо самостоятельно», — подчеркнул Глава ДНР.

“As you know, during the meetings in Minsk the issue is constantly discussed and claims of security and safety arrangements at elections are set before us, as well as the accusations that we are not capable of holding them on our own.

What were the primaries necessary for? Firstly, we mastered technology, proved our strength. We were surprised by the turnout. That is, we have shown that we are able to ensure security and safety independently, hold the elections without the involvement of external forces. The entire world has seen it.

Secondly, we wanted to check who people wish to see at the local councils. We gave people such an opportunity. Those candidates who won are highly respected. They will be considered as candidates at the upcoming local elections,” Alexander Zakharchenko told.

He also said that the postponement of the local elections relates to the reluctance of Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements.

“Kiev has not approved a number of drafts, after which it is possible to hold the elections, that is why we rescheduled them. I think in 2017 we will hold the local elections either in concordance with the Minsk agreements, or independently,” the Head of the DPR emphasized.
