На прошедшей неделе украинские войска, выполняющие задачи в зоне так называемой АТО, проинспектировала американская военная делегация, об этом во время брифинга 16 февраля сообщил начальник пресс-службы управления НМ ДНР, капитан Даниил Безсонов.

«Украинские генералы доложили своим западным хозяевам о полной готовности подчиненных войск к ведению боевых действий. Однако американские специалисты остались крайне недовольны плачевным состоянием и низкой боеготовностью «одной из лучших армий в Европе», как считает Порошенко. При этом возникло достаточно много вопросов о целесообразности расходования денежных средств, выделяемых из бюджета США на оборону Украины. Хуже всего положение дел обстоит в 54, 93 отдельных механизированных и 25 отдельной воздушно-десантной бригадах.

После убытия американской инспекции отмечено посещение бригад ВСУ несколькими комиссиями из Генштаба и штаба «АТО» с задачей осуществления контроля устранения недостатков, поиска и наказания виновных. Кураторы из США пообещали повторно проверить украинские войска и услышать от генералов ВСУ более вразумительный ответ на вопрос, куда уходят деньги американских налогоплательщиков», — отметил Даниил Безсонов.

The supervisors from the United States have promised to re-check the Ukrainian troops and receive from the AFU generals more intelligible answer to the question what things the money of American taxpayers is spent on,” Daniil Bezsonov noted.
