Как сообщалось ранее, 25 и 26 февраля 2018 г. подразделения 93-й омбр ВСУ совершили прицельные обстрелы жилого сектора Докучаевска, в том числе эвакуационного и гражданского автотранспорта невоенного назначения, об этом сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.

Представительством ДНР в СЦКК проведено дообследование повреждений жилого сектора, полученных в результате обстрела со стороны украинских силовиков:

— пятиэтажный жилой дом по адресу: ул. Ленина, 75-В, кв.11 (повреждение оконной рамы, остекления окна, повреждение несущей стены дома).

Анализ позиций сторон и примененного вооружения свидетельствует, что обстрелы велись с расстояния 3500 м с направления н.п. Новотроицкое, с позиций, находящихся под контролем ВСУ. Украинские силовики применили следующее вооружение:

— БМП-2 калибра 30 мм (40 выстрелов), предельная дальность поражения – 4000 м;
— АГС-17 калибра 30 мм (29 гранат), прицельная дальность стрельбы – 1700 м;

Из числа указанного вооружения повреждения жилому сектору были нанесены выстрелами БМП-2. Огонь АГС-17 не достиг городской черты.

По предварительной оценке, ущерб составил 26 000 рос. руб.

Отметим, что Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе проинформировало СММ ОБСЕ о начавшемся в 19:00 (мск) обстреле через 15 минут после его начала. Фактического прекращения огня удалось добиться через 30 минут – в 19:30 (мск).

Надеемся на то, что СММ посетит места попаданий в н.п. Докучаевск, который за время «зимнего» перемирия непрерывно подвергается подобной огневой агрессии, последствиями которой являются повреждения и разрушения жилых домов, объектов гражданской инфраструктуры, приводящие к ранениям и гибели мирных жителей.

Как и любое военное преступление, этот факт не должен остаться без внимания со стороны мировой общественности, и сегодня на встрече Контактной группы на переговорах в Минске представители ДНР намерены поднять вопросы обстрелов населенных пунктов Республики. Призываем СММ ОБСЕ и страны-гаранты поддержать инициативу ДНР.

As it was reported earlier, on February 25th and 26th, 2018 units of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the AFU attacked the residential area of Dokuchayevsk, including evacuation and civil vehicles of non-military use, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.

DPR Representative Office to the JCCC carried out additional investigation of the damage caused to the residential area by the attack that the Ukrainian military committed:

— five-story apartment building at 75V Lenina Str. apt. 11 (damaged window frame, window glazing, damaged partition wall of the house).

Analysis of positions of the sides and weapons they used shows that the attack was conducted from a distance of 3,500 m from the direction of Novotroitskoye, from positions controlled by the AFU. The Ukrainian military used the following weapons:

— BMP-2 30 mm caliber (40 shots), the maximum engagement range is 4,000 m;

— AGS-17 30 mm caliber (29 grenades), the accuracy range is 1,700 m;

Of these weapons, damage to the residential sector was caused by shots of BMP-2. The fire of AGS-17 did not reach the urban area.

According to preliminary estimates, the damage totaled 26,000 RUB.

It is noteworthy that the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process informed the OSCE SMM about the attack that started at 19:00 (MSK) 15 minutes after it began. The actual ceasefire came in 30 minutes, at 19:30 (MSK).

We hope that SMM will visit the engagement spots in Dokuchayevsk, which during the “winter truce” is continuously subjected to a similar fire aggression, the consequences of which are damage and destruction of houses, civilian infrastructure facilities, which leads to injuries and deaths of civilians.

Like any war crime, this fact should not be left without attention of the world public, and today at the meeting of the Contact Group at the talks in Minsk, the representatives of the DPR intend raising the issue of attacks on populated localities of the Republic. We call on the OSCE SMM and the guarantor countries to support the initiative of the DPR.
