Украинские СМИ сообщают, что на Украине значительно сократилось количество внутренне перемещенных лиц. Причины возвращения переселенцев домой прокомментировал депутат Народного Совета ДНР Владимир Бидевка.

«Числа разнятся в зависимости от источников, но ясно одно: это массовое явление. По разным данным, в Республики вернулись от 13% до 45% ранее выехавших жителей. Подтверждает массовость этого процесса и наша внутренняя республиканская статистика. Согласно ежегодному отчету и. о. министра юстиции Елены Радомской, миграционный прирост населения в Республике за 2017 год увеличился по сравнению с 2016-м в 6,4 раза.

Естественно, самые низкие цифры по «возвращенцам» дает министерство социальной политики Украины. Для них количество переселенцев – вопрос финансовый. Так, в 2017 году сумма адресной помощи внутренне перемещенным лицам для покрытия расходов на проживание составила 2,79 миллиарда гривен. Эта цифра делает понятными истоки статистических данных на Украине.

Но для нас важно даже не точное количество вернувшихся, гораздо более интересный показатель – это причины возвращения. Речь идет не только об уменьшении количества обстрелов, но и об эффективности работы власти, стабилизации экономической ситуации, о работе механизмов по социальной защите населения, о росте числа рабочих мест в Республике, а значит, и о развитии промышленности Донбасса», — отметил депутат НС ДНР Владимир Бидевка.

Ukrainian media reported that in Ukraine the number of internally displaced persons has significantly decreased. DPR People’s Council deputy Vladimir Bidyovka commented on the émigrés’ reasons for getting back home.

“The numbers vary depending on the sources, but one thing is clear: this is a mass phenomenon. According to different data, from 13% to 45% of the residents who had left earlier have returned to the Republic. The mass nature of this process is also confirmed by our internal republican statistics. So, according to the annual report of Acting Minister of Justice Elena Radomskaya, the migration growth of the population in the Republic for 2017 increased 6.4 times as compared to 2016.

Naturally, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine gives the lowest figures for “returnees”. For them, the number of settlers is a financial issue. So, in 2017, the amount of targeted assistance to internally displaced persons to cover living expenses amounted to 2.79 billion HRN. This figure makes the sources of statistical data in Ukraine understandable.

But for us it is not even the exact number of returnees that is important, but a much more interesting indicator – these are the reasons for the return. In this case, we talk not only about reducing the number of shelling, but also about the effectiveness of the work of the government, stabilization of the economic situation, the work of mechanisms for the social protection of the population, the growth in the number of jobs in the Republic, and, consequently, the development of Donbass industry,” DPR People’s Council deputy Vladimir Bidyovka noted.
