Сегодня, 23 февраля, Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко провел рабочую встречу с руководящим составом Федерации профсоюзов ДНР и руководителями отраслевых Республиканских профсоюзов, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. На встрече присутствовали председатель ФП ДНР Максим Паршин, заместители председателя ФП Елена Молчанова и Елена Мангуш, а также руководители 10 первичных профсоюзных ячеек Республики.

«В первую очередь поздравляю вас с Днем защитника Отечества. Также хочу поздравить вас с вашим профессиональным праздником. Прекрасно понимаю всю сложность задач, которые стоят перед профсоюзами. Вам приходится общаться с десятками тысяч людей, у каждого из них свой характер, свои жизненные принципы. Каждому вы уделяете внимание, выслушиваете – это ваша работа. Профсоюзы являются основным связующим звеном между руководством предприятия и трудящимися. Мы строим Народную Республику, поэтому будет хорошо людям — будет хорошо и государству», — обратился Александр Захарченко к собравшимся.

Также Глава Республики подчеркнул, что профсоюзные организации охватывают все сферы жизни, поэтому сегодняшняя встреча будет не единственной. В ближайшее время пройдет еще одна встреча Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко с профсоюзными органирзациями для более детального рассмотрения всех текущих вопросов.
Кроме того, Глава ДНР вручил Максиму Паршину благодарность.

В свою очередь председатель Федерации профсоюзов рассказал о проделанной работе профсоюзными ячейками, отметив, что в рядах организации уже состоит порядка 283 тысяч людей.

«Основная ваша задача – уделить максимальное внимание сотрудникам предприятий, перешедших под внешнее управление. Там работают наши граждане и земляки. Мы должны показать всем, что своих людей не бросаем. Вопросов очень много, но большую часть вы можете решать сами. Если что-то не получается, обращайтесь, поможем. Государство будет поддерживать вас.

Экономическая блокада со стороны Украины разрушила все связи, которые налаживались десятилетиями. Сейчас мы восстанавливаем связи, которые были при Советском Союзе, то есть с Российской Федерацией. Это сложный процесс.

Мы никогда не делили людей. За линией фронта тоже живут наши братья и сестры. Поэтому вы должны максимально уделять внимание жителям Донецкой области, подконтрольной Украине. Рассказывайте им о том, как мы живем, помогайте. Люди должны знать правду», — подчеркнул Александр Захарченко.

Максим Паршин отметил, что в 2017 году дети сотрудников предприятий, перешедших под внешнее управление, прошли оздоровление в детских лагерях Российской Федерации, работа в этом направлении будет продолжена.

Также руководство Федерации профсоюзов поздравило Главу Республики Александра Захарченко с Днем защитника Отечества.

Today, on February 23rd, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko held a working meeting with the management of the DPR Federation of Trade Unions and primary trade union organizations, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the DPR Trade Unions Federation Maxim Parshin, Deputy Chairwomen of the DPR Trade Unions Federation Elena Molchanova and Elena Mangush, as well as heads of 10 primary trade union organizations of the Republic.

“First of all, I congratulate you on Defender of the Fatherland Day. I also want to congratulate you on your professional holiday. I perfectly understand the complexity of the tasks that the trade unions face. You have to communicate with tens of thousands of people, each of them has their own character, their life principles. You pay attention to everyone, listen them, it’s your job. Trade unions are the main link between the enterprise management and its workers. We build the People’s Republic, so if it is good for people, it will be good for the state,” Alexander Zakharchenko addressed the audience.

The Head of the Republic also stressed that the trade union organizations covered all spheres of life, therefore today’s meeting would not be the last one. In the near future, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko will hold another meeting with trade union organizations to consider all current issues in more detail.

In addition, the Head of the DPR presented Maxim Parshin with a certificate of acknowledgement.

In turn, the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions told about the work done by trade union organizations, noting that the organization already had numbered about 283,000 members.

“Your main task is to give maximum attention to employees of enterprises that have switched over to the external administration. Our citizens and countrymen work in there. We must show everyone that we do not abandon our people. There are a lot of questions, but most of them you can solve on your own. If something does not work out, please contact us, we will help. The state will support you.

The economic blockade on the part of Ukraine destroyed all ties that had been established for decades. Now we are restoring the ties that existed under the Soviet Union, that is, with the Russian Federation. This is a complex process.

We have never separated people. Beyond the front line, our brothers and sisters live too. Therefore, you should pay maximum attention to residents of the Donetsk region that is controlled by Ukraine. Tell them how we live, help them. People should know the truth,” Alexander Zakharchenko stressed.

Maxim Parshin noted that in 2017 the children of employees of enterprises that switched over to the external administration had got treatment at children’s camps of the Russian Federation and work in this direction would continue.

Besides, the management of the Federation of Trade Unions congratulated Head of the Republic Alexander Zakharchenko on Defender of the Fatherland Day.
