В Донецкой Народной Республике завершено формирование единой энергопоставляющей компании, в состав которой вошли предприятия, находящиеся под внешним управлением Республики. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, изменения коснулись таких предприятий, как ПАО «ДТЭК Донецкоблэнерго», ЧАО «ДТЭК ПЭС-Энергоуголь», ООО «ДТЭК Высоковольтные сети», ООО «ДТЭК Сервис» и ООО «Электроналадка».

«Согласно Указу Главы ДНР завершено объединение 5 предприятий энергетической отрасли, на которых было введено внешнее управление – это «Донецкоблэнерго», «Высоковольтные сети», «ПЭС-Энергоуголь», «Электроналадка» и «ТЭК-Сервис». Все эти предприятия вошли в состав РП «РЭК», – сообщил и.о. гендиректора РП «РЭК» Эдуард Арматов.

О цели и задачах реструктуризации рассказал и.о. замминистра угля и энергетики ДНР Александр Федоров.

«После введения внешнего управления сразу возник вопрос раздробленности этих предприятий. Постановлением Совмина для предприятий украинской юрисдикции были назначены администраторы, что позволило не только оптимизировать административный аппарат, но и повысить экономическую эффективность работы», – пояснил и.о. замминистра.

В свою очередь и.о. гендиректора РП «Энергия Донбасса» подчеркнул, что на всех предприятиях с внешним управлением ведется четкий контроль выполнения социальных гарантий перед работниками. «С вхождением Зуевской ТЭС в РП «Энергия Донбасса» успешно завершено формирование энергогенерирующей компании Донецкой Народной Республики. При этом нужно сказать, что ни один человек при этом сокращен не был, наоборот – мы создаем новые рабочие места, зарплаты выплачиваются вовремя», – отметил он.

The formation of a single energy supplying company, which included enterprises under the external management of the Republic, has finished in the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, the changes touched such companies as DTEK Donetskoblenergo PAO, DTEK PES-Energougol PJSC, DTEK Vysokovoltniye Seti OOO, DTEK Servis OOO and Elektronaladka OOO.

“According to the Decree of Head of the DPR, we’ve completed the joining of 5 energy enterprises, at which the external management was introduced: Donetskoblenergo, Vysokovoltniye Seti, PES-Energougol, Elektronaladka and TEK-Servis. All these enterprises have become part of the REK RP,” acting general director of the REK RP Eduard Armatov informed.

Acting Deputy Minister of Coal and Energy of the DPR Alexander Fedorov told about the purpose and objectives of restructuring.

“After the introduction of external management, the question of fragmentation of these enterprises immediately arose. The decision of the Council of Ministers appointed administrators for the enterprises of the Ukrainian jurisdiction, what allowed not only to optimize the administrative staff, but also to increase the economic efficiency of the work,” acting Deputy Minister explained.

In turn, acting general director of the Energiya Donbassa RP stressed that all the enterprises with the external management were strictly controlled in terms of the implementation of social guarantees for employees. “With the joining of Zuevskaya TPP to the Energiya Donbassa RP, the formation of the power generating company of the Donetsk People’s Republic was successfully completed. At the same time, it is worth mentioning that the staff was not reduced, on the contrary, we create new jobs, salaries are paid on time,” he noted.
