Представители ДНР на переговорах Контактной группе в Минске настояли на необходимости расследования случая с обстрелом украинскими силовиками санитарного автомобиля и наказания всех виновных в смерти людей.

«С момента последней встречи переговорщиков в Минске 14 февраля Вооруженные силы Украины 131 раз нарушили режим прекращения огня, повреждения получили 5 объектов инфраструктуры, 30 жилых домостроений, уничтожены два автомобиля и еще один поврежден, погибли 4 человека.
Особенно возмутительным стал обстрел украинскими силовиками санитарного автомобиля, на прохождение которого к линии соприкосновения для эвакуации раненого бойца предварительно были получены гарантии безопасности от Украины. В результате этого циничного обстрела погибли три человека. В ходе сегодняшней встречи переговорщики настояли на необходимости расследования этого вопиющего случая и наказания виновных в смерти людей.

Свести к минимуму обстрелы и боестолкновения сторон способно разведение сил и средств на третьем пилотном участке в Станице Луганской, а затем и по всей линии соприкосновения. Такую позицию высказал полпред ДНР Денис Пушилин.
Реализация этого одного пункта, для осуществления которого только с 26 декабря было не менее 16 периодов тишины, открывает возможности для обсуждения новых участков разведения, прежде всего обращая внимание на обеспечение безопасности объектов критической инфраструктуры.

Очередная дата разведения сил и средств обозначена, вот только учитывая отношение Украины к выполнению взятых на себя обязательств, надежд на реализацию отведения крайне мало», — сообщил источник на переговорах Контактной группы в Минске.

“Since the last meeting of the negotiators in Minsk on February 14th, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have violated the ceasefire regime 131, damaged 5 infrastructure facilities, 30 residential buildings, destroyed two cars and damaged another one, killed 4 people.

Particularly outrageous accident was the shelling by the Ukrainian military of the ambulance car, for whose passage to the contact line for the evacuation of the wounded soldier security guarantees from Ukraine was previously received. As a result of this cynical shelling three people were killed. During today’s meeting, the negotiators insisted on the need to investigate into this flagrant case and punish those responsible for the deaths of the people.

Minimizing the shelling and clashes of the sides can be achieved through a withdrawal of forces and weapons in the third pilot site in Stanitsa Luganskaya, and then along the entire contact line. This position was expressed by DPR envoy Denis Pushilin.

The implementation of this point, for which there were no fewer than 16 periods of ceasefire only from December 26th, opens up opportunities for discussing new withdrawal sites, primarily paying attention to ensuring the security of critical infrastructure facilities.

The next date for the withdrawal of forces and weapons was indicated, but taking into account the attitude of Ukraine towards fulfilling their obligations, there are very few hopes for the implementation of the withdrawal,” a source at the talks of the Contact Group in Minsk informed.
